You can claim for they everyday health expenses covered on your plan via your online account in three simple steps. Once approved payment will be made into your bank account within five working days.
Login in to your online account
Set up your bank details by going to Self Service > My Claims Options
Click on Claims and start uploading your receipts
If your receipt contains more than one treatment, each one should be added as a separate treatment item.
Review your receipts and submit to complete.
