At approximately 6 weeks before your renewal we will send you a renewal invitation letter. This will tell you when your renewal is due and what your premium will be for the coming year.
We will also send one or two email and SMS reminders.
If you pay by Direct Debit and wish to continue your plan without changing any aspect of it, you don't need to do anything - it will renew automatically.
If you pay by Debit or Credit Card on an annual basis then you will need to take action to renew your policy. This can be done either by calling us on 021 4802040 or alternatively, you can renew your policy online.
- Login to our Member Area at www.irishlifehealth.ie/member-login.
- Select 'Self-Service' from the main navigation and then click 'My Policy Details'.
- If you have received a renewal invitation from us, there will be an option called 'Renew'. This will explain your renewal in detail - the plan, the renewal date, the premium and who is covered. The screenshot below is a example of a renewal quote.
- Simply follow the steps to complete your renewal.
