Yes it is possible to change your bank details online using our Member Area.
This is easily done once you have the IBAN for the account you wish to pay premiums from.
When you change the bank account details you will receive an email confirmation from us verifying that you have changed your bank account
If you don't know how to get your IBAN the Banking Federation of Ireland have a useful tool - https://apps.applyfinancial.co.uk/validateirish/bpfi - which allows you to get your IBAN from your old sort code and account number.
Note that if you want to change your IBAN to an non-Irish account then you will need to call us at 01 562 5100. However, we hope to have this situation rectified before the end of 2018.
